Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Gigorra handles all the technical complexity. You provide your business information and branding preferences, and Gigorra helps simplify the operational and tenant experience through one connected platform.

What support do you provide?

All plans include email support. Pro and Enterprise plans include priority support and additional onboarding and operational assistance. We also provide onboarding assistance to help you get started.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be canceled for future renewals. Contact us for details.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Gigorra offers a 14-day free trial so you can explore the platform, operational workflows, automation tools, and property management features before choosing a plan. Guided demos and onboarding assistance are also available.
